Our 30-Day Promise
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Certain items — including custom or final-sale products — are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How To Return
Email hello@homedecoro.com with your order number to start a return. We’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to exchange eligible items — just reach out and we’ll guide you through it.
